A Yummy classic 😋 and I have a case of mushroom soup closing on their Best Before date on the tins.
I've experimented with an Asian version; using Rock or Ling Cod, snow pea pods and a garlicky butter sauce that I can't get right texture. I could toss in some Bok Choy greens for color. It may be time to dust that off and try again.
