I really love this weekly prompt because is a joyful one since is talking about food and eating because I am a food type.
Eating habit is one of the most important thing someone have to totally train his or herself on and it requires a lot of discipline if not you will keep failing in it...

Meanwhile some people don't have a good eating habit and this is very bad .
Some will eat everything that get across them without control how the eat , they don't mind whether it is good or bad or whether in public or not ..
I learnt about my eating habit right when i was small and this is as a result of family eating discipline and also leaving the house to go to boarding school was another part of good training concerning eating.
Some good boarding school really have a good formation in terms of eating habit and the boarding school i attended was a very good example (announciation seminary amaudara in abia state) the above mentioned school is a very nice , this school really thought me alot about eat habit, it was here i learnt also a very high standard of how to regulate my eating habit.
Though some people eat outside , even when walking along the road ,
But that is very bad .
When you want to eat something just find a calm place make yourself comfortable, relax and eat your thing that make eat mature and you regulate what you eat as a person.
For personal hygiene:
Let's try as much as possible to be washing our hands and things we eat before eating them no matter how neat our hand or what we are eating is.
I really love this topic and i look forward to read other people's blog so i can learn more .
