Hey guys, this is my first time participating in the Korean weekly contest, and all thanks to one of my friends reblogging this post.
I love to make friends, but I don't conventionally make friends, as I find those ways too “common”. I connect with people who catch my attention or pique my interest.
Imagine you had a Korean friend your age. What kind of conversations would you like to have, and what aspects of each other’s cultures would you want to share and experience together?#
Having a Korean friend would be wonderful as I am yet to have one. If I finally have one, we would talk about so many things and do so much together.
I will never stop talking about the Korean skincare with my friend. Korea is undoubtedly one of the top countries with flawless skin and the skin care products produced there are always a force to reckon with.
I will ask my Korean friend about different skin care products. I’ll ask about their pros and cons, despite having all this information online, I’d still want to hear my friend's two cents on these products especially the ones she has used as experience is the best teacher.
While learning about honorifics and how to be a true fangirl, I would love to teach my friend some afrobeat dance moves. It would be nice to see her dance Legwork, Zanku, Twe Twe, and some Amapiano moves as you can't go wrong with these moves. I am a great teacher and I know I will be patient enough to walk her through the basics, the thought alone makes me happy😊
I would love to learn more about Korean food and try some of it. The Korean cuisine is diverse and rich. I would love my friend to learn more about my country's food too. It would be nice for our taste buds to go on an adventure.
I have always been fascinated by Korean culture and I wouldn't hesitate to ask my friend to teach me more about it. I would love to wear a hanbok and with the help of my friend, this would be so much easier.
While I immerse myself in learning about Korean culture and traditions, I will not fail to teach my friend more about my country's culture and traditions as there is so much of my country's tradition the world has never seen.
The relationship with my Korean friend will be a symbiotic one and not a parasitic one. Each party will learn and have fun in each other's company and ethnicity.
