I don't know how I could live all this time without having tasted gnocchi. Hehe!
This cornstarch version is a perfect option for those of us who have some gluten intolerance, plus they are very soft and fluffy. I loved that delicate texture.
Now on my list is to make gnocchi with basil, spinach, carrot, beet and ripe plantain. I want to try them all. Good thing I have a wonderful assistant in my kitchen! Hehe!
