Ingredients:
300 grams of rice.
100 grams of tendon.
5 green chilies.
1 shallot.
1 tomato.
5 tablespoons of cooking oil.
1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Methods:
Chop the green chilies, shallots, and tomatoes.



Heat the cooking oil, add all the ingredients, such as the shallots, green chilies, and tomatoes, and cook until slightly wilted.

🔹 Add beef tendon and stir well.

🔹 Add rice and stir well. Season to taste.

🔹 Prepare and serve.
