Hello friends, this is a must-have recipe for a snack or to share at a family gathering. Here in Venezuela it is very common to eat that delicious cream with toasted bread at parties.
Ingredientes
°1 rama de cebollín
°1 huevo
° 1/2 taza de aceite de soya
°1/8 de queso (esto es opcional)

Principalmente picamos en pedazos pequeños el ajoporro, aceitamos una olla y al estar caliente agregamos los ajoporros para que se sofrian y sea más fácil licuarlo.

Al estar sofritos ya los ajoporros, hacemos una mayonesa casera, empezando por romper un huevo, lo añadimos a la licuadora e iniciamos a licuar, cuando el huevo ya esté bastante licuado empezamos a agregar el aceite poco a poco hasta que empiece a espesar, cuando veamos que esta espeso le agregamos el cebollín y licuamos nuevamente.

Finalmente picamos el queso que usaremos en trozos pequeños y lo agregamos, licuamos hasta que se disuelva y listo. El queso le da un toque salado delicioso .
