#FoodiesBeeHive! On this occasion I bring you an economical recipe, easy to make and above all delicious. This food is usually prepared a lot towards the east of Venezuela, precisely in the State of Sucre and its origins are from the Caribbean Antilles. Cocoyam (taro) is a tuber that is very good for digestion and combined with the ingredients it makes these acres a tasty and profitable recipe that I recommend cooking at home and sharing with friends and family. I hope you like them and enjoy them. The best thing is that you can eat them at any time of the day.
- 1 kilo de ocumo, 200 gramos de queso blanco duro, 2 huevos, 1 taza de pan rallado, 100 gramos de ají dulce, 1 ramito de cilantro, 3 tomates rojos, 1 cucharadita de sal, aceite para freír.
- 2.20 lbs of cocoyam taro, 200 grams of hard white cheese, 2 eggs, 1 cup of breadcrumbs, 100 grams of sweet chili, 1 sprig of coriander, 3 red tomatoes, 1 teaspoon of salt, oil for frying.

Preparación / Preparation: 🔪
- Retirar la concha de los ocumos y lavarlos.
- Remove the shell from the taro and wash them.

- Rallar los ocumos.
- Grate the taros.

- Rallar el queso.
- Grate the cheese.

- Cortar el cilantro.
- Cut the coriander.

- En un tazón unir ocumo, queso, huevos, cilantro, el ají dulce finamente picado y la sal al gusto.
- In a bowl, combine taro, cheese, eggs, coriander, finely chopped sweet pepper and salt to taste.

- Mezclar todo muy bien para que se integren los ingredientes.
- Mix everything very well so that the ingredients are integrated.

- Ya tenemos todo integrado y listo para formar los acras.

- Procedemos a hacer las acras y pasarlas por pan rallado.

- Calentar el aceite y freír por ambos lados.
- Heat the oil and fry on both sides.
