El día de hoy quiero compartirles la #receta de una torta de pan a la cual agregué leche condensada y pasas como variante de la receta básica, para que el resultado fuese aún más delicioso .

Es una torta que preparé para un joven amigo de la iglesia; su mamá me pidió el favor de que la hiciera, ya que le gusta mucho la torta de pan, en verdad quedó muy deliciosa; les muestro como la preparé:

INGREDIENTES

Para una torta de 1/2 kilo:

6 pan francés
100gr de uvas pasas
4 huevos 🥚
1 lata de leche condensada
3 cucharadas de vainilla
1/2 litro de leche

INGREDIENTS

6 French bread
100gr raisins
4 eggs 🥚
1 can condensed milk
3 tablespoons vanilla
1/2 liter milk.

PROCEDIMIENTO

Lo primero que hacemos es remojar el pan en la leche aproximadamente unos 15 o 20 minutos; luego lo llevamos a la licuadora con los huevos, la vainilla, licuamos muy bien y añadimos la leche condensada; seguimos mezclando por aproximadamente uno o dos minutos hasta que todo esté completamente homogéneo.

PROCEDURE

The first thing we do is soak the bread in the milk for approximately 15 to 20 minutes; then we take it to the blender with the eggs, vanilla, blend very well and add the condensed milk; we continue blending for approximately one or two minutes until everything is completely homogeneous.

En la bandeja donde se va a hornear la torta hacemos un caramelo y regamos alrededor de toda la bandeja; luego añadimos la mezcla anterior y llevamos al horno por 65 minutos a 180 grados. centígrados

Luego desmoldamos y dejamos enfriar para consumir está deliciosa torta de pan, a la cual hemos añadido pasas para realzar más su sabor.
