Los perros calientes son muy consumidos en mi pais, por donde quiera esta un puesto de comida rápida o carritos informales que ofrecen esta comida rápida, con un costo a partir de 1. 2, los ingredientes varian al gusto del cliente, y es muy común agregarles muchas salsas y cremas y acompañarlos de papitas. Hoy preparé para mi cena dos perros calientes, pues mi esposo no me acompaño por estar enfermo. Por lo común preparo mas 3 para él.
Esta es mi entrada para el concurso semanal de @qurator. Aquí mi receta a mi estilo.
Hot dogs are very popular in my country; you can find fast-food stands or informal food carts selling them everywhere, starting at 1.20. The ingredients vary according to the customer’s preference, and it’s very common to add lots of sauces and condiments and serve them with fries. Today I made two hot dogs for dinner, since my husband wasn’t with me because he’s sick. Usually I make three more for him.
This is my entry for @qurator’s weekly contest. Here’s my recipe, my way.

Paso a paso| Step by step.
1.- Primero, Picamos los panes por el medio, colocamos en vapor. Ponemos a sancochar las salchichas por 10 minutos. También puse a freir las papitas.
First, slice the bread in half and steam it. Boil the sausages for 10 minutes. I also started frying the potatoes.
2.-Segundo, Rayamos la zanahoria, picamos la cebolla en cuadritos.
Second, cut the bread rolls in half and steam them.Peel the carrot and dice the onion.
3.- Ponemos a asar las salchichas, una vez listas, comenzamos a armar los prerros calientes. Primero el pan, colocamos la salchichas luego la zanahoria, cebolla y las salsas, por ultimo el queso .
