My favourite “go to” breakfast food

Whenever i have some spare cash i always like to support my local cafe which IMO makes the best Eggs Benedict IN THE WORLD

The eggs are always perfextly poached with beautifully creamy holandaise sauce, wilted baby soinach and smoked salmon in Turkish Bread
