On Sunday my family visited us. My mom-in-law and dad-in-law. We don't see each other often anymore because we stay in town and they are on the farm. Maybe once a month now.

It is time for leftover food. There is so much that we can actually do with leftover food.
My dad bought this nice chicken ala king bucket for us, but they cooked too much, so they gave us some.

I decided to make some nice small pizzas and a fold-over pizza.
I made my own dough from scratch. Come have a look and see what I made for us😋

To begin with, I took a jug and added about 1 and a half cups of lukewarm water.
Then I add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 packet of yeast. Add it to the water and stir it well.
I cover it with a plastic bag. And then I left it aside for about an hour. After an hour the mix was ready.

In a glass bowl, I add 4 cups of bread flour and 1 teaspoon of salt. Then I added the yeast mixture to the flour. I kneaded it nicely and then covered the dough with a plastic bag and left it for an hour.

When the dough was done and ready to use, I took a piece and rolled it out very flat, and then I took some tomato sauce and spread it nicely on the dough.

I first made my son's pizza. He's not really a big fan of mayonnaise and onions. I made his without any of that, only the chicken, cheese, and tomato sauce.

Ok, now mine and my husband's pizza and folded-over pizza. I took a piece of dough and divided it in half and rolled it into thin pieces. I spread some tomato sauce on it.

I took an onion, cut it up into pieces, and added some pepper and aromat, Mayonnaise to the chicken, and stirred it nicely through.

On the dough, I added some tomato sauce, cheese, and the chicken. And then I made a fold-over and the other one a small pizza 🍕 I put it in the oven to bake at 180°c °C
