That was definitely the case, you could smell the aroma coming in and it was not the typical (quite often) old oil that needs replacement smell of many bars.. This was a guy who has love for the food he serves, and I appreciate that a lot.

Good ribs are hard to come by here, unless very expensive. This was actually very reasonable in terms of price, especially with the portion size and being in a restaurant. Definitely going back when we're near that mall and don't want to think about where to eat.
