Your post just helped me correct a wrong idea I had about this fruit. Funny how I never bothered to check because growing up my parents called this fruit, fig, so I automatically thought it was fig. Only for me to read here, and you called it jackfruit which prompted me to look it up on google and I’ve been wrong the whole time. Lol. Will definitely tell my parents this isn’t fig.
