Handmade ice-cream is super great because of 2 reasons: we can use any ingredients WE like, and we can take it from our fridge at any moment;))
It's hot summer in my country now, and I wanted to make pleasure for my son making for him homemade ice-cream.
All ice-cream in supermarkets is made of milk, but I wanted to make vegan variant of this dessert.
I took: bananas, plant milk, some nuts and chocolate.
The main secret of this dessert is to freeze bananas at first. YEAH, at first! BEFORE blending.
We cut and freeze them well. Only then we add plant milk, vanilla, nuts and all we like. Then it's turn for your blender's work. And it should work well:) frozen bananas are a great challenge;)
Then we put it to forms and add sticks.
2 hours more in the fridge and it's ready!
The taste is really great, and it's really healthy and tasty!
