This recipe is from my childhood. When I was a little girl, I adored such baking rolls, and we often made them.
When I saw this recipe some days ago, I remembered it and wanted to cook them again, though more than 20 years passed.
This time my son was cooking them with me, so it's connection of generations;)

We took:
- cottage cheese - 400g 
 
- egg - 1 pc 
- coconut butter - 80g 
 
- whole wheat and corn flour - 200-250g 
- some sugar substitute 
- some baking soda 
We mixed all ingredients and made dough. My son likes to deal with it cause it's like modelling clay;)

Then we made a thin circle, cut it into pieces and rolled them carefully.

Ready!
15 min of baking was enough for these fast tasty cookies for dessert.
