A few days ago my friend had a birthday, so we planned to meet up to celebrate her birthday, not celebrating with a party, but just meeting to give a cake and a gift. It's a simple thing that's fun to do with your friends.
Because we wanted to eat noodles, so we decided to look for a place to eat that sells noodles, actually there are some that we often visit but we wanted to find a new atmosphere. And our search ended up at a place called Sadarjiwo Noodle Bar.
This is a cozy place with some decorations that I think are unique but make this place look beautiful. The calm atmosphere, the cool place, the warm food make me feel very comfortable here. The service is also good, although the waiter doesn't talk much and just stays quiet to the customers, but that doesn't mean he's rude. I like this kind of atmosphere.
This place is not too spacious, with some chairs placed in front of the cashier and the place where the waiters and chefs cook, bar table? I think that's what it's called. With some posters stuck on the wall makes this place look beautiful.
There are not many menu choices here, there are main dishes which are all noodles, several side dishes, and drinks consisting of mineral water, soda and tea.
My friends and I decided to order the same menu, O.G Mie Ayam Jamur, Badak drink and side dish for us to share. I also ordered additional mineral water because when I arrived at this place I was very thirsty.
O.G Mie Ayam Jamur
This is chicken mushroom stewed noodles with broth. In this menu you will also get boiled dumplings, vegetables, chicken pieces, eggs, and fried dumplings. And also provided with broth with 2 meatballs that I will mix with the noodles.
On the table there are several types of chili sauce and soy sauce, so you can add it according to your wishes. Because I really like spicy food, that's why I added quite a lot of chili and unknowingly made the broth of my noodles turn red.
I like the taste of this noodle, the noodles are chewy, the broth is fresh. The warm and savory broth makes this broth fresh, it will be very delicious if eaten when the weather is cold. Salty and savory is the taste of this noodle, not too salty but the right amount of salty and delicious, especially if added with chili makes this noodle even more delicious.
For the toppings on this noodle are also delicious, I got an extra egg from my friend because she doesn't like eggs haha. For the fried and boiled dumplings are also delicious, having minced chicken filling in it makes it even more delicious. The meatballs are also delicious, they feel soft and easy to chew.
Badak and Mineral Water
Badak is a soda drink, root beer, that's the content of this Badak drink, I don't know why the brand is Badak but it sounds funny. And I like this drink, especially if you add ice, it becomes refreshing. and the mineral water that I ordered I also asked to add ice.
Fried Gyoza
Fried Japanese chicken dumpling served with chili oil, with mayonnaise on top. The chicken filling is quite a lot and has a delicious taste. The dumpling skin is soft and crispy, it's delicious. Eating it with chili oil makes the taste of this gyoza sweet and spicy, sweet because of the mayonnaise and spicy because of the chili oil, as well as the savory taste of the chicken that has definitely been seasoned and cooked beforehand.
