For Muslims, the two Eids in a year bring a wave of happiness and togetherness. At the same time,I would also like to express my respect for people of all other religions.

On the occasion of Eid, today I have brought a recipe for you that is incredibly delicious. It makes the Eid moments even more special and joyful. Moreover, it can be a perfect item for serving guests and entertaining relatives.So, the recipe I’m sharing today is Shahi Nawabi Semai. 🍟4 cup Semai
🍟1 kg liquid milk
🍟Cashew nuts, almonds, peanuts, and raisins — 6 to 7 pieces each.
🍟4 cup sugar
🍟1.5 cup Miniket rice powder
🍟4 White cardamom
🍟3 Cinnamon
🍟Red Sakura Plum
🍟1 cup powder milk
🍟3 Bay leaf
🍟2 tsp Butter 🧈

Cooking method 🍳
- First, pour milk into a pan, then add cardamom, cinnamon, and bay leaf, and boil it for a while.

- Then I added sugar and rice flour.

- After a while, by stirring, it will form a thin dough.

- Then, in another pan, I add butter and fry the vermicelli until it turns brown for a while.

- Then I added milk, sugar, white cardamom, bay leaf, and cinnamon to the fried vermicelli and cooked it well again.

- Then I poured the milk-based dough into a serving dish. After that, I added the vermicelli mixture layer by layer on top.

-Then I decorated the top with different types of dry fruits.

- Then I stored 40 minute it in a normal refrigerator.

- Then I served it to my family.
