Hello everyone! I hope you're all doing well today. I want to show you how my tray cake business is going, and today I made a marble cake. I just had to add this cake to my list of new varieties so I'd have more options whenever I want to make cakes for people. So today I'm not only here to share my progress but also how I made this marble cake with that elegant color it gives it.

🧑🍳Ingredientes/🧑🍳Ingredients

- 500 gramos de harina de trigo
- 400 gramos de azúcar
- 250 gramos de mantequilla
- 4 huevos
- 1 litro de leche
- 1 cucharada de polvo de hornear
- 100 gramos de cacao en polvo
- 40 gramos de Maizena
- 500 grams of wheat flour
- 400 grams of sugar
- 250 grams of butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 100 grams of cocoa powder
- 40 grams of cornstarch
🧑🍳Preparación/🧑🍳Preparation

Paso 1
Step 1
I started by making the butter and sugar mixture, adding the quantities to a bowl and mixing everything until I had a smooth and fluffy mixture.

Paso 2
Step 2
Then I added the 4 eggs, one by one until they were well incorporated.

Paso 3
Step 3
Continue now by adding the flour and milk, then pass the flour through a sieve so that it does not form lumps at the same time I added the baking powder and the milk.

Paso 4
Step 4
Then, in a separate cup, I placed some of the cake batter and added the cocoa, so I had two mixtures, one vanilla and one chocolate. Next, I added the chocolate and vanilla mixtures to the tray, alternating them until I reached the desired amount. Then, using a wooden stick or skewer, I made shapes like drawings.

Paso 5
Step 5
Now it was time to put the cakes in the oven. I left them to bake for about 10-15 minutes at medium heat. This time the mixture was enough for 6 cakes. Once the cakes were ready, I let them cool to room temperature.

Paso 6
Step 6
While the cakes were cooling, I proceeded to make the chocolate cream for the cake filling. I added the cornstarch, sugar, cocoa, and half a liter of milk to a pot over low heat and stirred constantly to prevent burning. I cooked it until the cream thickened.

Paso 7
Step 7
Finally, cut the cakes in half, then place one half on the tray, then add the chocolate cream, and then place the other half of the cake, which has to be the side where the marbled pattern is visible, and that's it. This time I made the cakes filled and I didn't put any frosting on top because the idea is for the marbled pattern to show.
