Hello everyone, how are you all doing today? I hope you'll join me in making this bread pudding I made today. The bread pudding became the star of the show on this cloudy day, perfect for enjoying a dessert and the warmth of homemade treats. You don't need many ingredients to make this bread pudding; it's a simple recipe, but well worth the effort.
🥣Ingredientes/Ingredients

- Un paquete de pan francés
- 750 ml de leche
- 250 gramos de azúcar
- 3 huevos
- Una cucharadita de esencia de vainilla
- One package of French bread
- 750 ml of milk
- 250 grams of sugar
- 3 eggs
- One teaspoon of vanilla extract
👩🍳El paso a paso/Step by step
Paso 1/Step 1
To make this pudding, I used French bread from a package of ten loaves. They were freshly baked, but if you have stale bread from previous days, even if it's a bit hard, that's better. However, the bread I had on hand will work too. So, in a separate container, I placed the bread, cut into pieces.

Paso 2/Step 2
Then I added the powdered milk to 750ml of water to make liquid milk, and then I added that milk to the bread. And I let it soak well in the bread

Paso 3/Step 3
In a separate bowl, add the sugar, three eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined. Then add the bread that was soaked in milk and mix it in as well.

Paso 4/Step 4
The tray where I'm going to bake the pudding is a square tray, to which I added sugar to melt it and make the caramel.

Paso 5/Step 5
Then add the pudding mix and bake for about an hour, or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean. Once baked, let it cool completely before enjoying.
El resultado/The result

The photos look dark because it was finished very late in the day, and the weather was cloudy. I hope you enjoyed the step-by-step process and that you were able to achieve the desired result. I encourage you to try this pudding; believe me, it's a great option for an afternoon snack. Thank you for your support.
