Looks tempting with the vegetative touch...👍..recently I saw new omelette recipe and waiting to you it ..they remove the yellow part and then blnded the remaining liquid. The person then put the blended portion into the pan and it turns into a ticket layer. He then added the yolks and other veggies on one side of the omelette...yolks works as the topping.
