It's good you are having a bash. I tried some Blackberry Jam a few years ago.., you know what its like here.. the bushes on canal banks are teaming with them. I was amazed at the amount of sugar needed for it taste OK.

So much so that my new account will be called 'Fake and 'Bake'!
