There is a saying: "Better late than never" and this applies to my late comment to your post.

First of all, I welcome you to the community, it's great to see that you have decided to share a recipe, well, two recipes in one, because foccacia and tomato soup are two recipes that combine very well.

Regarding the foccacia, I find it very good, but if you want it to fluff up more, you can make a preferment with a newer yeast, and perhaps leave it longer, so that it activates, and in a warm place.

I loved the tomato soup, it looks very tasty.

I think temperature is a thing. It's not that warm in the netherlands and in my house. Maybe I need to warm the oven a bit to let it rise better
