Sounds lovely with the fried fish and fishcake - fried fish is one of my favourites. I prefer a tasty but not too hot flavour and I keep getting a yearning for noodles when I read your posts!

        Yes those are great. I prefer a slightly spicier rendition to this. Mixing all the ingredients and the noodles, a satisfied dinner!
