Good afternoon food lovers. I have brought another new blog. Today we did not have much for lunch . We continued with a few dishes. The children have exams ahead of them so they need to give them some time.
So I made an easy recipe for them at lunch.I already had pani patal in my house. We call it pani patal. Let me know what you call it.
It is a type of vegetable. Which we eat after cooking. It is green in color and looks beautiful and very tasty.
This vegetable is very soft. So it doesn't take much time to cook. I cooked it in just 5 minutes. We eat this vegetable with rice and also with paratha.
It doesn't take much time to cook so I cook it and eat it sometimes. I hope you guys like it. You should also try it with paratha and you will have a lot of fun.
Ingredients
Chopped vegetables, onion, green chili, turmeric powder, salt, cumin seeds, dried chilies
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chillies and onions. When the onions turn a little red, I will break the egg in it. Now add turmeric and salt to the egg. Then add the chopped vegetables and stir well. The gram flour should be added. Because this vegetable releases a lot of water.
Eggs are rich in protein.Eggs are rich in nutrients, so we should include them in our daily diet. I boil one egg for my children every morning. This gives them energy for the whole day. Eggs are easy to cook and are always available at home. My children eat eggs a lot, so I bring more eggs home. It is seen that when I prepare tiffin for the children, they eat them with great pleasure.
I didn't have much time this afternoon as I was teaching the kids, so I made a simple recipe.
So we ate a little. We took onion and green chili with us. It's very tasty with onion and green chili along with lemon.
