Hope everyone are well and healthy by the grace of Almighty Allah.I am also very well by the grace of the Almighty Allah,Alhamdulillah for that.I am a teacher by profession, a volunteer blood donor. I am a housewife, and alongside that, I am a student and a blogger.The reason I’m here today to attend share a recipe of making delicious handmade Pasta. So without further ado,let get started.

To cook the pasta, I first boiled the pasta thoroughly in water. It takes a long time for the pasta to cook. Once the pasta was cooked, I added a small amount of Kokkola noodles and some previously chopped carrots for boiling. After all the ingredients were cooked, I drained them in a strainer and then washed the pasta thoroughly with cold water.

🟨 First, I placed a pot on the stove. After placing the pot, I added an adequate amount of soybean oil to it. When the oil became hot, I added two eggs on it & frying its.

🟨 After frying the eggs well and transferring them to a bowl, I add chopped onions, then chopped carrots, and chopped green chilleis and chopped tomatoo & then fry well for two minutes.

🟨 After that, I mixed the tomato sauces & soya sauce together.Then mixed all very well.


🟨 After that, I was gently stirring the pastanoddels continuously so that it wouldn't stick to the bottom of the pan. As I stirred it slowly, at one point when the pasta mixed with the spices, I added a little chopped coriander. After adding the chopped coriander, I stirred everything again to mix it well.Thus my pasta noodles cooking for today came to an end.





To live a healthy life, the contribution of nutritious food is very important. Therefore, we should always pay attention to our diet. We can eat whatever we like, but we should make our own food list to identify which foods are more necessary or nutritious for our bodies.
