There are many types of pakoras, they are made from a lot of vegetables, in the rainy season, what else do you need, a cup of tea and hot pakoras, this recipe is also something like this, special pakoras have three tastes together, bread, onion and potato are everyone's favourite, it is made as a starter, no one can stop their hands after seeing it.
Ingredients:-
Potato Masala:-
- Potato- 500 grams boiled
- Paste of green chilli, ginger, garlic and onion
- Red chilli powder- 2 tsp
- Coriander powder- 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
- Salt- 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice- 1
- Garam masala- 1 tsp
- Oil- 1 table spoon
- Mustard- 1 tsp
- Cumin- 1 tsp
- Asafoetida- 1/4 tsp
Method:-
First of all heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and asafoetida
After crackling, add paste (of green chillies, ginger, garlic and onion)
Then fry boiled potatoes
Grate the onion and add
And then add all the dry spices (red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala)
Mix well We will do
Then turn off the gas and mix lemon juice and
We will keep it aside to cool down. Stuffing is ready
Gram flour mixture:-
Gram flour- 2 cups
Onion- long thin slices
Red chilli powder- 2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt- according to taste
Coriander leaves- finely chopped
Oil - 2 tsp
Ajwain- 1/2 tsp
Method:-
Put chopped onion in a bowl
and add (gram flour, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, ajwain)
and coriander leaves
Make a paste by adding water little by little
And add 2 teaspoons of hot oil and mix it, the mixture is ready
Chilli with vinegar; -
Green chilli Chop the potato finely and put it in vinegar and keep it for 1 hour
For pakoras:-
- Oil- for frying
- Bread- Slices
- Chat Masala
Method:-
First of all take a bread slice and roll it thinly with the help of a rolling pin
Then put potato masala on it and spread it thinly well
Then put vinegared green chilli pieces on it
Roll the bread with the help of hands
Put the mixture in the gram flour mixture and apply it on the roll and put it in hot oil and deep fry it
Fry till it becomes golden on both sides
Then take it out on kitchen paper
So that the extra oil gets drained then cut this roll with the help of a knife
Make all the rolls in the same way
And sprinkle chaat masala or peri-peri masala on them and garnish with coriander leaves
Serve it hot. Eat it yourself and feed it to everyone.
