Onion and Corn Pakora Recipe
Pakora recipe is a popular deep fried snack recipe all over India which is made on many occasions which is very tasty, simple and salty recipe. It is a starter. In India, during the rainy season, a cup of tea along with pakoras doubles the taste. Pakoras are made in many ways. Today we will learn about the recipe of Corn and Onion Pakora.
Ingredients:-
Gram flour- 2 cups
Onion- 5-6 finely chopped
Corn- 2 finely chopped
Green chilli, 4-5, ginger 1 piece, garlic paste- 5-6
Red chilli powder- 2 tsp
Coriander powder- 2 tsp
Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Ajwain-1/2 tsp
Chat Masala-1 tsp
Garam Masala-1 tsp
Oil - for frying
Salt
Hing 1/4 tsp
Kasuri Methi- 1 tsp
Method :-
Firstly chop onion finely and grind sweet corn coarsely. Now mix them and
Add paste of (garlic, green chilli, ginger) to it
Add gram flour
Add all the dry spices (red chilli, coriander, turmeric powder, garam masala, chaat masala, celery, kasuri methi, salt)
And add water as per requirement

Now heat oil in a pan
And make balls of this mixture with your hands and drop them in the oil. These have to be deep fried in oil.
Until they become crispy and golden brown, you will have to keep stirring them in between
So that they become crispy from both sides. In this way, prepare pakodas from all the mixture. They are cooked on medium flame only. Then they will be taken out with the help of a sieve and placed on paper so that the extra oil gets drained from them.
