Cheese corn paratha

Everyone likes baby corn. As soon as the rainy season arrives, many food dishes made from corn are prepared. One of them is corn cheese paratha. It can be easily made at any time for breakfast. Corn is rich in fiber which helps in improving our digestion.
Ingredients: - For making dough: -

  1. Flour - 2 cups
  2. Salt - 1 tsp
  3. Celery - 1/2 tsp
  4. Chili flakes - 1 tsp
  5. Oil - 2 tsp
  6. Coriander leaves - finely chopped
  7. Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
  8. Water - for kneading

For stuffing: -

  1. Baby corn - 2 cups
  2. Green chilli - 6-7 paste
  3. Garlic - 7-8 pieces paste
  4. Mustard - 1 tsp
  5. Cumin - 1 tsp
  6. Asafoetida- 1/4 tsp
  7. Chili flakes- 2 tsp
  8. Chat masala- 1 tsp
  9. Mixed herbs- 1 tsp
  10. Black pepper powder- 1 tsp
  11. Salt- 1 tsp
  12. Oil- 1 table spoon
  13. Ghee or butter- for frying
  14. Onion- finely chopped

Method:-
To make cheese corn paratha, first of all prepare the dough by adding (salt, sesame seeds, celery, chili flakes, oil, and coriander leaves) in 2 cups of flour

With the help of water Knead the dough and prepare it

The dough should neither be wet nor too tight
Now cover the dough and leave it to rest for 30 minutes

Corn for making stuffing

Take out the seeds

And chop it with the help of a chopper

Now heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and asafoetida

Let them crackle then ( add green chilli and garlic paste and fry well

Then add corn and finely chopped onions

( salt, black pepper powder, chilli flakes, mix Add herbs, chaat masala)

Mix well and fry for 6-7 minutes. Now turn off the gas and add coriander leaves

And grate the cheese and add it

And leave the stuffing to cool down. The stuffing is ready.

After this, break a little dough from the kneaded dough and make a dough ball. Apply sesame seeds and coriander leaves on it and roll it into a round shape like a roti with the help of a rolling pin.

And put stuffing on it

Fold the dough in triangle shape

Make paratha with the help of dry flour

Now apply ghee on both sides of the paratha on a hot pan.

Fry till it turns golden brown.

Make all the parathas in the same way. We will prepare it
