🌺 Wheat flour 100g.
🌺 1 Egg.
🌺 Salt as needed.
🌺 1 Tablespoon of Yeast dissolved in water.
🌺 1 Carrots.
🌺 Some Cabbage
🌺 A small potato.
🌺 Some Leeks.
🌺 Some water,
🌺 Some coconut oil.
The cooking process as follows.
First, thoroughly wash and clean the carrots, cabbage, leeks, and potatoes, then cut them very thinly.
Next, crack the egg into a bowl and whisk it well. Then add the wheat flour to the same bowl and mix thoroughly. Gradually add water to the mixture and stir until you get a slightly thick batter.
Next, add the finely chopped carrots, cabbage, leeks, potatoes, and a pinch of salt to the batter and mix everything well.
Now, take a pan and place it on the stove. Add about one tablespoon of coconut oil and allow it to heat. Once hot, pour a ladleful of the prepared batter onto the pan and spread it out in the shape of a roti. Cook both sides well, then remove from the heat. Continue this process to prepare the rest of the rotis.
