Hello again Foodies of this community, I’m here again with another budget-friendly snack which is very popular specially to kids here in our place.
There are many versions of spaghetti that can be cook. What I’m going to share you is a version of sweet and cheesy spaghetti with a little sour taste on it.
So, join me again in my humble kitchen as I share to you this spaghetti recipe, a snack that was close to our hearts.
Ingredients:
1 kg spaghetti pasta
1 kg spaghetti sauce (four cheese style)
1 pc. onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. liver spread
2 cans of ready-to-go ground pork
10 pcs. hotdog
½ cup pineapple syrup
½ can condensed milk
1 beef cube
Cooking Time:
Chopped finely the onions and garlic, chopped the hotdogs into thin slices then set aside.
In a casserole, put about 2 liters of water, put some oil and a tsp. of salt so that the pasta won’t stick together, when it was already boiling add the pasta and cooked until it was al dente.
In a pan, fry first the hotdogs then set aside. Next is to sauté the onions and garlic. When it was already aromatic add the ready-to-go ground pork. This is why it was budget-friendly recipe of spaghetti because of this canned ground pork; it has a natural taste of meat plus the chunks was not that different to a ground pork. I’m using this because pork meat right now in our place was really expensive, even though the taste of the ready-to-use ground pork was still good and tasty.
After sautéing, I also added the liver spread and beef cubes before adding the spaghetti sauce. What I like about this sauce is it has already cheese on it, so even if you won’t add grated cheese anymore it would still be cheesy which I really like.
Stir the sauce and add now the pepper, I added back the hotdogs and when it was already boiling, we can now add the condensed milk and pineapple syrup. This was my first time adding some pineapple syrup on my spaghetti, as I scroll on the internet some really adds a pineapple and they say it was delicious, and I’m really curious for the outcome.
After cooking the spaghetti sauce for about 30 minutes. I add the spaghetti pasta.

The we have it, our delicious snack. Sweet and cheesy spaghetti with pineapple syrup. It really tastes good and the pineapple gives a different twist to my spaghetti; it turned out so good and very delicious. You can’t also tell I used a canned good for the meat. My family really enjoyed our snack today.
