
Cooking water spinach for lunch is something I often do, because I find it incredibly delicious, no matter how it's cooked. I usually stir-fry water spinach with shrimp paste, but today I'm going to cook it with oyster sauce to make it even more delicious and more appealing.

Oyster sauce is a seasoning made from real oysters, blended with a variety of other selected spices. When added to dishes, it instantly creates a delicious, sweet, and savory flavor. I personally love using oyster sauce in my cooking.
Oyster sauce is perfect for all kinds of stir-fries, such as stir-fried spinach, bean sprouts, water spinach, green beans, broccoli, soups, and more.

So, if you feel that your food is not delicious enough, you can add this oyster sauce to your food, I guarantee that your food will immediately be delicious, especially the stir-fry sauce is very tasty, but dishes that use oyster sauce cannot be vegan dishes, because oyster sauce is not made from plants, so vegetarian food lovers are not advised to add oyster sauce to their dishes.

Materials used

6 red chilies
6 bird's eye chilies
5 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
1 tomato
1/2 shrimp paste
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
A pinch of salt
Manufacturing procedure
First, I cut the water spinach into short pieces, then I washed it until the vegetables were clean.

Next, I also cut the chilies, shallots and tomatoes into small pieces, so that they fit and are easy to puree or blend.

After the spices were smooth, I sautéed the spices with a little cooking oil, and I didn't forget to add salt, then I sautéed them until the spices were cooked.

After the spices were cooked, I added the vegetables, then I added the oyster sauce and a little water, then I cooked until the vegetables were soft.

RESULTS

This is the result, stir-fried water spinach cooked with super savory oyster sauce, just look at the appearance, it is very appetizing, and without waiting any longer I immediately took a plate and warm rice to eat my favorite vegetable, this vegetable is very special in my house, everyone loves this vegetable, because it really tastes delicious
