Shrimp is a menu that we always have to provide at home, because shrimp has many benefits, it contains protein which is good for health, but also don't eat too much shrimp every day, usually we cook this shrimp menu 3 times a week, but we always stock shrimp at home because it is for my child's bekel to take to school, my child really likes to eat fried shrimp or shrimp croquettes to take to school as a side dish for his rice
Meanwhile, I myself prefer to cook shrimp mixed with vegetables like this, because for me shrimp without vegetables is not so tasty, so today I will cook shrimp mixed with mustard greens and carrots, why I chose mustard greens and carrots because mustard greens and carrots are my and my family's favorite vegetables,

The ingredients I use are very simple, only shrimp, green mustard greens and carrots, I don't grind the spices, I just chop them like red chilies, green chilies, cayenne pepper, tomatoes and also shallots, I chop all these ingredients, I don't grind any ingredients

Manufacturing procedure
First, I cut the mustard greens, I cut them into small pieces or adjust them according to individual tastes, I also cut the carrots lengthwise.

Next, I cut the red chilies, green chilies, bird's eye chilies, red onions and tomatoes, while I heated the cooking oil. After the cooking oil was hot, I sautéed the fried onions until fragrant. Then I added the chilies and the tomatoes that I had chopped earlier. I sautéed them until they were wilted, then I added the shrimp.

After the shrimp were in, I put in the carrots, I added a little water and salt, then I cooked it for a while until the shrimp and carrots were half cooked, then I put in the green mustard greens.

This is the result of my cooking this afternoon, this food is very suitable as a side dish for rice for our family lunch at home, here I don't use any flavoring because I am sure, with the shrimp, this vegetable will be very sweet even without flavoring.
