make simple snacks, by utilizing the ingredients available at home, rather than wasting them it is better to process them into a special dish

Snacks made from Indomie, I think many of us like it, both children and adults too, and today I will make a very simple snack made from Indomie and tapioca flour, this is my favorite snack when I was a child, this snack is already widely sold in the market and in school canteens.

And now, this snack is also widely sold by street vendors, along with various other fried foods, and usually I often buy this snack when I go to a vendor not far from my house, and finally I took the initiative to make it myself at home using the ingredients I have at home, rather than making ordinary fried noodles which I have often made, maybe it would be better this time I would just make a snack from this Indomie.

1 piece of Indomie
1 egg

Manufacturing procedure

First

First, I boiled the Indomie until cooked, and I cracked 1 egg, then I separated the white and the yolk, I used the yolk for the flour and indomi

Second

Next, I mix the cooked Indomie into the egg yolk and tapioca flour, and I also use Indomie seasoning, and I also cut the spring onions, and I knead until the noodle dough can be shaped, shape it according to taste, I shape it a little long and oval like this

RESULTS

and this is the result of my processed Indomie and eggs, into a delicious snack, at first glance it looks like noodle martabak, the only difference is that I use tapioca flour as the Indomie ingredient, so that it tastes chewier and savory, and the crispiness of the Indomie is even more pronounced.

Meanwhile, with the combination of eggs on the outside that make this snack even more authentic with the taste of Indomie on the inside and the egg dip on the outside, with the aroma of spring onions that is appetizing, I eat it by dipping it in chili sauce so that this snack is even more delicious when enjoyed anytime and anywhere.
