shredded tuna with spicy green chilies

In our daily food menu, of course, fish is never forgotten to always be on our dining table, especially as adults, we are very aware of how important it is to consume fish every day. In my opinion, fish, vegetables and fruit are mandatory menus that must be on our food menu.




Tuna is a sea fish that contains a lot of protein, therefore we are obliged to always consume sea fish, and if we are bored with the same way of cooking sea fish, you can try my way of cooking sea fish such as stir-frying large chilies and large green chilies, with a spicy taste sensation I am sure you will like it and will be addicted to eating it again and again.

The shredded tuna that I cooked is quite popular among the people around me, the fish that I fried dry then I shredded as I like, then I sautéed shallots, garlic, tomatoes, large green chilies and large green cayenne peppers, don't forget to add spices like salt, it's that simple how I cook today's dish, because today I'm really lazy to cook a complicated menu, I want a simple but delicious menu that is also spicy hehehe

Materials used

3 pieces of tuna
7 green chilies
10 bird's eye chilies
3 shallots
1 clove of garlic
1 tomato
Salt to taste



Manufacturing procedure



First


First of all, I took the fish and then I fried it until it was dry, but before that, I marinated the fish with salt and lime.

Second


Next, I chopped the green chilies, shallots, garlic and tomatoes, then I sautéed them with a little cooking oil until they wilted.

Third


While waiting for the chilies to wilt, I started shredding the tuna, then I added it to the chilies that I had just sautéed.

Four


After everything is in, I stir it, don't forget to add a little salt, I cook it again until everything is cooked, here I don't use water.

This is the result. My spicy shredded tuna is ready. You can enjoy it with warm rice. I'm sure that cooked tuna like this will definitely use up a lot of rice. Just like me, if I have a poor appetite, I will cook this spicy shredded tuna with green chilies. My appetite will immediately increase.

With fresh shredded fish that is ready to be fried, it tastes delicious, doesn't it? Adding chili spices makes it spicy and savory, this food is very suitable for those of you who want to eat fish in a different version than usual, but it is very easy to cook, try making it at home sometime.
