
Hi foodie friends, it seems like it's been a long time since I shared my cooking on this platform. Yes, lately I've been busy at my office, there's a lot of work that I have to do so I haven't been able to write on this platform for the past few days. But today I'm back again to make a home cooking recipe that I think many people will like, a simple and delicious dish that can finish off a whole basket of rice hehehe

After several days of struggling with my work at the office, there was one day when I was too lazy to do anything, let alone cook or write. I don't know why, but I was confused and I just wanted to rest at home without doing anything.
It sounds really strange, right? When I feel lazy, all I can think about is lying down in my room alone without anyone bothering me, including my husband. Luckily, my husband often works outside, so I'm really alone without anyone bothering me.

and after that lazy day arrives the next day my energy returns again I will be very happy again doing my daily activities such as cooking, cleaning the house, playing with my children and so on, have you ever felt the same as I felt?
mmmm I don't know, I don't understand myself either, well, while my energy is full today, I want to share a simple home cooking recipe made only from purple eggplant.
If you're curious, just follow the steps I'll write in my post today.
Materials used

1 onion
2 small tomatoes
1 piece of shrimp paste
5 red chilies
5 green chilies
5 bird's eye chilies
2 cloves of garlic
Manufacturing procedure
First I cut the purple eggplant into small pieces and I washed it until clean then fried it.

Earlier I also had time to cut the chilies into halves so they would fit in the blender, then I blended them until smooth.

After the eggplant was half cooked, I took it out and drained it. Next, I cooked the ground spices that I had blended earlier.

After the spices were half cooked, I added salt to taste, then I put in the eggplant and cooked again until the spices were completely cooked.

RESULTS

This is the result of the shrimp paste, the salty, sweet, and spicy flavors are really felt mixed together. This is a dish that is very suitable for your rice side dish at home and is also accompanied by 1 super crispy fried fish and this is my food this afternoon for the menu to break the fast later.
