A new way to eat instant noodles is wrapped in rice paper, rice paper is paper made from wheat flour and with the addition of other ingredients, I also don't know exactly what other ingredients are added because I bought this instant rice paper at a mini market in my city, this thin and transparent paper has many benefits, it can wrap any food,

In my opinion, this rice paper is very suitable for wrapping fried instant noodles, it tastes very crispy and delicious. The first time I ate this snack was about 2 months ago at my cousin's house, he often eats instant noodles by wrapping it with this rice paper.

As a result, I became curious and wanted to make it at home, and finally today I will try to make it, after I bought the ingredients I started to organize what ingredients I will use later

Of course, the ingredients I use are very easy, only using 3 ingredients, I can make snacks as delicious as this.

Materials used

1 pack of instant noodles
A few sheets of rice paper
1 stalk of celery

Manufacturing procedure

First

First, I started to cut the celery leaves into small pieces, then I started to open the Indomie package, and I heated the water until it boiled, then I boiled the Indomie until it was cooked.

Second

After the Indomie is cooked, I drain the Indomie until it is dry, then I add the Indomie seasoning and celery leaves, then I stir until the celery leaves and Indomie seasoning are evenly mixed, then I prepare the rice paper, I put it in water so that the paper is soft, then I put the noodles in the rice paper and I roll it like a risol, until everything is rolled up

Third

After everything is rolled up, I fry it in hot oil, I fry it until it is golden yellow, that is a sign that the snack is cooked and I drain it so that the oil can drain.

Dipped in chili sauce as usual makes it even more delicious and spicy when you bite into it, spicy and crunchy is what I can describe this snack.

Well, if you want to try it, I highly recommend it for you, you can try making it at home, as a snack for your children at home, but if it's a snack for children, try not to use the spicy version of noodles, okay.

Ehhh, that's an interesting way to eat noodle. I haven't really trieid rice paper but they are widely use now thanks to social media, lots of people learned about it too including me. It maybe already used often in some country, but here in the Philippines, I think it's not knows to much people yet. Anyways this looks really good though. A good snack to have.
