My favorite stir-fried water spinach with shrimp

As usual, kale has been my favorite vegetable for a long time, and I haven't stopped processing this kale vegetable in various ways. In my opinion, even though it is processed in various recipes, kale vegetables are still very delicious, especially this time I will process kale vegetables with shrimp. Yes, kale + shrimp is really a very suitable combination of vegetables. Have you ever cooked kale + shrimp? Well, if you haven't, you can see my recipe.

This simple and cheap vegetable is very popular, as proven when I went to the market, I saw lots of people buying this vegetable at the market, even several times I saw many people buying it in large quantities, maybe to sell or I don't know.

Meanwhile, the shrimp itself can be used as a sweetener for vegetables because I really like adding shrimp to any vegetables, it tastes much better than usual.

The method of making it is also very simple, just buy kale and small shrimps, don't make them too big, and then you only need a few spices such as chilies, tomatoes and onions, so if the ingredients are ready, then let's start the making process.

Materials used

2 bunches of water spinach
200 grams of medium shrimp
6 large green chilies
5 large red chilies
2 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
1 fresh tomato


Manufacturing procedure


First


First, as usual, I chopped all the ingredients, such as tomatoes, red chilies, green chilies, shallots and garlic.

Second


Next, I sautéed the spices that I chopped. Then I stir-fried them until they wilted. Then I added the shrimp. I cooked the shrimp briefly until they changed color. Previously, the shrimp had been cleaned and coated with lime and salt.

Third


After the shrimp are half cooked, I add the water spinach and a little salt, then I cook until the vegetables are soft. If you want the vegetables to be soupy, add a little water.

and this is the result, stir-fried vegetables and shrimp are ready to be enjoyed, enjoying it with family will feel much more delicious, because in my opinion it is not the luxurious food but gathering with family is the most important thing especially during the month of Ramadan like this, we will definitely miss our family at home gathering together will be much more beautiful hehehe
