Old-fashioned sponge cake is a sponge cake that has been around since ancient times. Sponge cakes in ancient times did not use many ingredients, unlike sponge cakes today. Sponge cakes today use a lot of ingredients, but the taste of old-fashioned sponge cakes and sponge cakes today are equally delicious and look very tasty.
and when we eat this cake it feels very filling, at first glance it looks like thick and soft bread, but believe me this cake is very soft with the addition of sweetened condensed chocolate milk on top

1 sdm tepung meizena
1/2 sdm sp
2 butir telur
75 gram gula pasir

1 sdm margarin
Manufacturing procedure
First of all, I melt the margarine until it melts, while waiting, I mix the granulated sugar, SP, vanilla and eggs, then I mix it.

I started the mixer at high speed until the eggs were streaky white,then I added the melted margarine and I mixed it again until it was evenly mixed

I just put in the flour little by little, and I mix it again until the flour is evenly mixed, after that I take the mold, and I grease it with a little margarine, then I pour the dough into the mold. I leave 2 spoons of the dough. to be used as a topping later

I mixed the remaining 2 spoons of dough with sweetened condensed chocolate milk and sprinkled it on top of the cake using a triangular plastic bag. If you don't want to use toppings, that's okay too, this is optional,I just baked it in the oven at 160 degrees with top and bottom heat for 25 minutes

RESULTS
and my old-school sponge cake is ready to be enjoyed mmm the aroma is very appetizing, when I took it out of the oven the smell was really very fragrant and I let it cool for a while then I put it on a serving plate, I also didn't forget to add sweetened condensed chocolate milk on top when I wanted to eat it
