Previously I have made nuggets from tempeh and also from bananas, but I have never posted these egg nuggets. But I make them very often, because after eating them I am very addicted to this one food, That's why today I will share the recipe with all of you here.
Indeed, the method of making it is very easy, the same as making nuggets in general, only the filling is different. Curious about my simple way of making egg nuggets, let's follow the procedure that I do here.
Egg nuggets filled with carrots
Why did I make these egg nuggets? It all started when my mother asked me to make a snack for her to watch TV with, while I was already very full and was just ready to eat rice. But for my mother's sake, okay, I'll make this snack. It just so happens that the ingredients are in the refrigerator, so I don't need to go out to buy the ingredients.
Materials used
1 egg
200 grams of breadcrumbs
4 tablespoons of wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of mushroom stock
Manufacturing procedure
Peel the carrots, then wash them until clean, then grate the carrots with a cheese grater.

Serving suggestions
after it's cooked I serve it with my favorite chili sauce and mayonnaise sauce, and to add a savory and spicy sensation, or if you don't like sauce you can eat it with cayenne pepper like when we eat fried food. and this egg nugget tastes similar to martabak but this is the vegetable version hehehe.
