make simple snacks Egg nuggets filled with carrots

It seems like this food has been made very often at home, but this time I will share it with you, Egg nuggets filled with carrot vegetables, but you can use any vegetables you like, because coincidentally in my refrigerator there are carrots, that's why I use carrots, in my opinion, vegetables that are suitable for use in egg nuggets other than carrots, broccoli or grated chayote.

Previously I have made nuggets from tempeh and also from bananas, but I have never posted these egg nuggets. But I make them very often, because after eating them I am very addicted to this one food, That's why today I will share the recipe with all of you here.

Indeed, the method of making it is very easy, the same as making nuggets in general, only the filling is different. Curious about my simple way of making egg nuggets, let's follow the procedure that I do here.

Why did I make these egg nuggets? It all started when my mother asked me to make a snack for her to watch TV with, while I was already very full and was just ready to eat rice. But for my mother's sake, okay, I'll make this snack. It just so happens that the ingredients are in the refrigerator, so I don't need to go out to buy the ingredients.


Materials used

1 carrot
1 egg
200 grams of breadcrumbs
4 tablespoons of wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of mushroom stock


Manufacturing procedure



First


Peel the carrots, then wash them until clean, then grate the carrots with a cheese grater.

Second


After the carrots are grated, add the eggs, flour, salt and mushroom stock, then stir until evenly mixed.

Third


Next, put the dough into the mold and steam until the dough is cooked.

Fourth


After the dough is cooked, cut the dough into small pieces, or adjust to your taste, then dip the dough into the wheat flour solution then into the coconut flour and the dough is ready to be fried, fry until cooked and brown in color.

Serving suggestions

after it's cooked I serve it with my favorite chili sauce and mayonnaise sauce, and to add a savory and spicy sensation, or if you don't like sauce you can eat it with cayenne pepper like when we eat fried food. and this egg nugget tastes similar to martabak but this is the vegetable version hehehe.

Well, that's how I make a simple snack from one egg and carrot, it's very easy and tastes delicious, especially when eaten warm, it can also be used as a side dish for warm rice, when my mother eats it with rice, she says it's delicious as a side dish for rice.
