Next, I boil water in a pan, then I put in the papaya flowers, I boil them until they are cooked, and I also put in 1 stalk of kedondong leaves, I boil them together with the kedondong leaves, previously I had washed the kedondong leaves clean.then I cover it so that it cooks perfectly, while waiting for the papaya flowers to cook, I heat a little cooking oil to saute the spices

I sauteed the chili seasoning, after the chilies wilted, then I put in the shrimp, cooked for a while, then I put in the tauco, salt and a little water, then I cooked again until the shrimp were cooked.

Next, I saw that the papaya flowers were ripe, I washed the papaya flowers again with clean water, then I squeezed them so that all the boiled water came out, and I also threw away the kedondong leaves, then after that I put the papaya flowers into the stir-fried shrimp, I cooked them until the papaya flowers were evenly mixed with the spices, until they were absorbed.

RESULTS
by cooking like this, the papaya flower is not bitter at all, it tastes very delicious and savory, why do I put kedondong leaves into the boiled papaya flower, yes, that's the key so that the papaya leaves are not bitter, I add the boiled papaya flower water, I squeeze it out until it's all gone, then I wash the papaya flower again with clean water.
