Pandan-flavored cake, I think many people will like it, including myself, I really like pandan-flavored cakes, and today I will make this pandan cake myself, usually I often buy this cake at the morning market when I shop for vegetables at the market, as a snack on the road,

Pandan cake made from wheat flour, powdered milk and margarine is indeed very delicious even though the shape of the cake is small but the taste is really delicious if enjoyed in the morning with a cup of tea, especially with the addition of chocolate sprinkles on top makes this cake even more popular with many people

This cake is one of the old-time cakes. When my mother was little, she really liked this cake snack, so even now we always buy this cake when we go to the market.

To cook this cake, you don't need to use an oven, just use a regular treplon and you can bake it on a low heat, the cooking process only takes about 15-20 minutes.

Materials used

10 tbsp wheat flour
2 tbsp powdered milk
1 tbsp pandan flavoring
1 tbsp margarine
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 vanilla powder


Manufacturing procedure



First


First of all, I took the flour, margarine, sugar and powdered milk, then I put it in a larger container like a tray, then I put in the vanilla and salt, I stirred it until it was even, then I also added a little water and pandan paste, I kneaded the dough until it was sticky, until it could be shaped and was no longer sticky to my hands.

Second


After the dough is smooth, then I form it into small balls, then I flatten it and cut it using the handle of a spoon, and finally I sprinkle chocolate sprinkles on top as a topping, for the topping you can use any topping you have at home.

Third


After everything was formed, I baked the cake mixture on a frying pan for approximately 15 minutes.

and my pandan flavored cake is ready, ready to be enjoyed in any atmosphere, whether morning, afternoon or evening, this cake is a little thicker but very crispy and soft, and the level of sweetness is not too sweet either, because I don't add much sweetener,

Look at the texture, it's so crunchy when crushed, and when I eat it, it's so soft, when I put it on my tongue, it melts by itself because this cake is so soft, maybe because it contains powdered milk, so the cake is very soft when enjoyed.
