Corn has many benefits and can be used as a variety of side dishes or snacks. Today, I'm going to process sweet corn into a super delicious and chocolatey snack. What else could it be if not pizza? Pizza made from corn is just as delicious as pizza made with meat, sausage, mushrooms, and so on. Corn pizza is a typical Indonesian food.
Indonesians love making snacks; anything can be made into a delicious and filling snack.
Corn pizza is indeed very different from the pizza we usually eat. Corn pizza is more similar to sweet martabak (sweet martabak). You could also call it sweet martabak because this pizza is made from sweet corn, flour, eggs, liquid milk, and chocolate sprinkles as a topping. After baking, the sprinkles melt, and the pizza turns brown. This is indeed its natural color, not burnt at all, hehehe.
Corn pizza is very rare to find in the market, unlike corn martabak which is sold in many markets and even on the roadside, corn martabak is sold everywhere, whereas no one sells corn pizza, so I took the initiative to make it myself at home with ingredients I have at home.

Materials used
1 egg
1/2 cup liquid milk
1 tablespoon cornstarch
A pinch of salt
A pinch of granulated sugar

Manufacturing procedure
First of all, I take the corn, then I separate it from the cob, I wash it first, then I boil the corn until it is perfectly cooked, after the corn is cooked, I add liquid milk, eggs and flour.

After the dough ingredients are mixed evenly, I heat the non-stick trevplon, then I pour the dough into the trevplon and cook it until it is half cooked, then I add the chocolate sprinkles topping.

RESULTS
This is the result, it is a little black, but this is melted chocolate, not burnt, I turned on the stove very low while I kept an eye on it until it was perfectly cooked so it wouldn't burn, because this corn pizza is prone to burning.

When I first bit into it, the sweet and savory tastes mixed together, the pizza was very soft, the sweetness of the corn was really felt in my mouth, the corn that was still fresh was very delicious when made into this corn pizza, when I bit into the corn it was very delicious, basically I really recommend it for you to make at home, when gathering with family, making this corn pizza is very suitable, right?
