Kribo peanuts are peanuts processed with ingredients such as flour, eggs, and other ingredients. They are then coated with peanuts and fried until crispy.

The reason these peanuts are called kribo peanuts is likely due to the frying process, which causes them to clump together, resembling kribo. Therefore, it's no surprise that these peanuts are called kribo peanuts.

I often come across these curly peanut cookies during Eid because they're perfect for serving guests at home, especially during Eid. I've never made them before. This was my first time making them. The recipe I found on social media turned out to be incredibly easy. I'm sure anyone can make them easily.

With just a few ingredients, I was able to create a crispy and crunchy snack. It's so satisfying to eat, even if there was a whole jar in front of us, I think we'd finish it slowly, hehe. That's how delicious these curly peanuts are.

RESULTS

Here's the result: my homemade afrika peanuts are ready. For my first time making this snack, I think it's quite successful. However, according to my mom, I should have fried the peanuts longer, until they were a yellowish brown. However, I think this is just right. If I fried them for too long, I'm afraid they'd burn, hehe. As long as the peanuts are crispy inside, I think it's safe enough, friends.

With the very savory peanut flavor, coated in a crunchy flour, these afrika peanuts are a real favorite.

Look at the shape of the peanuts, they are very appetizing, aren't they? These crunchy peanuts, rich in spices, are perfect as a snack at home with your beloved family.

If you are starting to get bored of enjoying boiled or fried peanuts, try making these fried peanuts with flour, which are usually called kribo peanuts, I am sure you will love them as much as we do here.
