Cook corn noodles with red spices

Hi Fodis friends, how are you? I hope all of you in this community are doing well and enjoying the delicious culinary delights you love. While we can eat, why not? Let's enjoy our favorite foods. When the time comes, we won't be able to enjoy the foods we love anymore. When we get older, enjoy whatever food you like while you're still young. That's how I enjoy life. I don't need fancy food; just enjoying Indomie makes me happy.

Yes, Indomie, or more commonly known as instant noodles, is a favorite of millions of people. It goes very well with other ingredients such as vegetables, mushrooms, even corn and carrots. This time, I will combine my instant noodles with various of my favorite vegetables: sweet corn, kale, and carrots. This vegetable mix was inspired by a restaurant I visited last week.

There, instant noodles are served with various mixed vegetables, like the ones I mentioned earlier, and also with super-large meatballs. Since I didn't have any, I didn't use them, my friend. Instead, I used an egg to thicken the sauce.

Look how delicious instant noodles are cooked like this, with my homemade red sauce, broken eggs, and lots of vegetables. Of course, the instant noodles I cooked this time are a little healthier, right?

So, if you're curious about how I cook instant noodles this time, just follow the step-by-step instructions I'll share in my post today.


Materials used

1 instant noodle
1 corn
1 egg
1 carrot
1/2 bunch of kale
1 tomato
1/2 tsp sweet soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sauce
5 red chilies
5 bird's eye chilies
4 shallots
2 cloves garlic


Manufacturing procedure



First


First I blended the spices until smooth, then I cut the corn into small pieces.

Second


I also cut the kale, carrots and tomatoes then I washed them until clean.

Then I sautéed the spices until cooked. I also added 1 egg. I also added a little water. After the spices were cooked, I added the corn and carrots.

After the corn and carrots were cooked, I added the water spinach and Indomie noodles along with the Indomie seasoning that was in the packaging, and I also added soy sauce and chili sauce.

Next, I continued cooking the Indomie, until the Indomie was perfectly cooked.

RESULTS

This is the result of my combination of Indomie and vegetables, the sweet taste of corn is mixed into the Indomie so that it makes the Indomie naturally sweet, and the mixture of carrots and kale makes this Indomie even more delicious, the sauce is thick and very delicious

Beautiful noodle bowl! The colours are so vibrant 💗 I live in Canada and my sons and I only buy indomie for instant noodles, it's the best! You're very used to spicy food I understand, that's too many peppers for us, but the rest of the ingredients we will try for sure 😃
