
Hi fudis friends, Today I will make a very simple and easy recipe when we are in a hurry and don't have time to cook complicated things, we can cook eggs because eggs are a simple and fast dish besides eggs I also cook baked eggs and baked eggplant, a very fitting combination with an authentic taste in every dish
It just so happens that I'm out a lot at home because I've just stocked up on a carton of eggs, while there are still a lot of eggplants because my mother buys them from eggplant farmers in my village, of course if we buy eggplants from farmers, we get a lot more than what we buy at the market.

And today when my stomach was very hungry and I saw that there were only eggs and eggplant, I myself was reducing oily or fried foods, so it was like an initiative to make fried eggs without oil and eggs and grilled eggplant without using oil. I only used a non-stick teflon pan. We can use this phone to grill fish, grill vegetables, grill eggs and grill eggplant without having to use oil and it doesn't stick at all.

I usually use baked eggs when I'm cutting back on oily foods. When I'm craving eggs, I'm reminded of fresh purple eggplant, so I grill both ingredients to make an egg omelet, which has recently gone viral.
So, if you're curious about the manufacturing process, just follow the steps that I will share in my post today.

First of all, I cut the eggplant into several pieces so that the tapai doesn't break, then I don't forget to wash it clean and coat it with salt, then I let it sit for a while.

And then I grilled the eggplant until it was cooked while I chopped the chilies, onions, tomatoes and spring onions.

Next, I beat one egg, then I added the chopped onions, tomatoes, chilies, and spring onions, then I stirred until everything was evenly mixed.

Then after the eggplant was cooked, I put in the omelette, I baked it until the egg was cooked along with the eggplant.

RESULTS

And here are the results my baked eggs and eggplant are ready. So I've added a little salt to add flavor to my dish apart from that I didn't add anything else because I think adding salt alone is enough because eggplant baked without oil like this already tastes savory and the aroma is also very fragrant, basically when eaten warm like this it is very nutritious.

After the eggplant was cooked, I immediately took a plate of warm rice and started to enjoy it with gusto.
