Hi everyone good day, join me today on another episode of cook with me. Today I will be preparing spaghetti and fried plantains, something delicious for the family.

My onions because I love enough onions in my food

INGREDIENTS NEEDED
Spaghetti (pasta)
Ripe Plantain
Onions
2 cubes of Maggi
A little salt for taste
1 sachet Jollof rice seasoning powder
2 sachet Ginger garlic powder
2 sachet of all purpose powder
3 sachet of Gino tomato mix
Fresh pepper
Crayfish
Grand-nut oil
LETS COOK
so this my plantain, spaghetti and Gino tomato mix.

PROCEDURE
first you wash your plantain with clean water

After washing you peel the plantain and cut to small pieces of your choice

Add a little pinch of salt for taste you turn it with your hand to help mix well

Then you get your clean pot

Add your oil to it, allow it to heat-up for 3 minutes

Add to be big so that the plantain will not burn fast

Add your plantain and allow it to fry

Remove when the plantain is becoming a little brown


Next is to get a clean pot and add small quantity of water to it because we’re only cooking one pasta, allow it to boil for 4 minutes before adding your pasta

Add your pasta to the hot water allow it to cook for 4 minutes again before taking it down

You get you sieve and pour the spaghetti inside it to help drain off the water


Next is to place your pot back on fire allow it dry water you add a little oil( grand-nut oil) and allow it heat up for 2 minutes

You add your onions, tomato mix and roughly crushed fresh pepper

This me adding my onions, pepper and tomato mix

Turn and cover it to cook for 3 minutes before adding water to it,

It will look like this after 3-4 minutes

Then you add your jollof rice powder, garlic ginger powder, all purpose powder, 2 cubes of Maggi, roughly crushed crayfish and a little pinch of salt a

You add some water to it allow it cook for 3 minutes before adding your boiled spaghetti sorry i didn’t snap that part I was actually attending to my baby

Allow it cook for 4-5 minutes and bring your pot down
Yummy now your food is ready
