Ohhh, this is so new to me. Interesting, I never ever thought making omelette using corn. The only corn recipe I know was that cheesy corn that is going viral rn. Anyways, is that a sweet corn or just corn?

        Cheese corn is so delicious, you have to try this version!.

        This is sweet corn, I think sweet corn is more suitable because it has a soft texture.
