During Bamboo season here in Philippines people are happy because we love to eat bamboo shot. There are so many recipes from this bamboo shot. Your recipe is different and I would try cooking your recipe.

        I am sure there are many ways to cook some delicious bamboo dishes, unfortunately it is limited to this season!
