Yummy! I love the many tomatoes on it. The crust is thin and that would be so crunchy in every bite.

        Yes, that's exactly right, even if the shortcrust pastry is slightly less crispy than a sweet shortcrust pastry. It's very good with tomatoes and ricotta 😁
