VILLAGE-STYLE CHICKEN KATSU

Hello friends at the beehive and culinary enthusiasts🩷
Today I'm back to share how to make a dish I make for breaking the fast. What I call village-style chicken katsu, using only 4 ingredients. Please correct me if there are any errors @foodiesbeehive Community admins, please let me know if there are any errors in this post 🙏
Okay, without further ado, let me list the ingredients for making kampung-style chicken katsu:

Ingredients
1/4 chicken (marinated)
4 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon Royco
Breadcrumbs
Okay, the method is very simple: slice the chicken into a medium thickness, not too thin and not too large, just medium. Then, add 4 tablespoons of flour and dissolve it in 5 tablespoons of water. For more details, see the photo below:

Next, dip the sliced chicken into the flour that has been dissolved in water one by one until evenly coated. Then, coat it with the breadcrumbs until the chicken is all coated. For details, see the photo below:

Next, after coating everything with the breadcrumbs, fry it until it's cooked through or until the chicken is golden brown. Remove from heat. and drain. For details, see the photo below:

Next, after draining, store in a container, and your kampung-style chicken katsu is ready to be served and eaten. Enjoy. For details, see the photo below:

Good luck to everyone. Thank you for your attention. Nice to meet you all. And I apologize for any inconvenience. Happy Ramadan Fasting.
All the images I took are real, and I took them using my VIVO Y28 camera.
